• At least 1 year of landscaping, grounds care, or property upkeep experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns and landscaping across Boley properties.
• Supporting property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Operating landscaping equipment safely.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of lawns.
• Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, and shrub maintenance.
• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from property grounds.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, entrances, and exterior building areas.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Report hazards or maintenance issues observed on property.
• Assist with maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
• Support seasonal landscaping and property upkeep tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the grounds team to maintain property appearance.
