Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement. This part-time role emphasizes friendly, helpful service across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Flooring, and more.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience with computer use.
• 6 Months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing/sitting as needed.
• Minimum 25 lbs lifting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
