Job summary

WeedX Fertilizing is seeking a dependable Lawn Fertilizer Spray Technician to join our team in Chester County. This full-time role involves outdoor lawn care, applying fertilizers and weed control, and safely operating spray equipment to meet program standards.

You will identify turf types, follow label instructions and state regulations, and communicate professionally with customers while maintaining accurate service records and daily route organization.

Qualifications

• Must have state pesticide applicator license.
• 5+ years of lawn care or fertilizer application experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn fertilizer, weed control, and liquid treatments according to WeedX programs.
• Safely operate ride-on and skid sprayers.
• Accurately identify common weeds, turf types, and lawn conditions.
• Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and state regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers at their properties.
• Document applications, notes, and service details accurately.
• Maintain equipment, trucks, and daily route organization.
