Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations.
• Evaluate lawn health and recommend services.
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
• Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment.
• Educate customers on lawn care solutions.
• Identify additional service opportunities for customers.
