Qualifications

• Must have Delaware Pesticide License or receive pesticide license within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in the landscaping or horticulture industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for properly mixing and applying chemicals while maintaining accurate chemical records.
• Treat specific insect, weed, turf disease, and nutritional deficiencies.
• Maintain power spray equipment within safe, clean, and mechanical conditions.

Skills

Knowledge of turf/plant care

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to enter information into a customer management system (CMS)

Hands‑on experience in the landscaping or horticulture industry (preferred)
