Overview

The Maintenance Basic Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by the Crew Leader. This role is needed for mowing, edging, de-weeding, and blowing on commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

Reports to: Crew Leader/Supervisor.

Follow all instructions from the Crew Leader and perform daily tasks related to lawn care and property maintenance.

Qualifications and Skillset

• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
• Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician
• Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
