Job summary

BJW Property Services LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing outdoor maintenance crew. This role offers the chance to work outdoors, develop landscaping skills, and contribute to curb appeal across residential and commercial properties.

Pay is based on performance and experience. Applicants should have prior lawn care or grounds maintenance experience, the ability to operate commercial equipment safely, and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions including heat and humidity.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.

• Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and weed eaters.
• Apply mulch, clean up debris, and maintain overall curb appeal of properties.
• Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Perform basic landscape maintenance including shrub trimming and bed edging.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site.
