This full-time position involves applying products safely, driving company vehicles, routing, and educating customers. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, DOT certification (21+), Category 3 HLT certification (Tennessee only), satisfactory driving record, and pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• DOT Certification required (21+).
• Category 3 HLT certification (Tennessee only).
• Satisfactory driving record (insurance review).
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support team goals and ExperiGreen objectives.
• Fill and mix tankers per fill charts.
• Prioritize and route work orders.
• Drive company vehicles defensively.
• Follow pesticide safety and handling instructions.
• Apply lawn products suitable for turf type.
• Educate customers on additional services.
• Complete invoices and document products applied.
