ExperiGreen Lawn Care, a Turf Masters Brands Company, is hiring a Technician II in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will deliver professional lawn care services, applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products, diagnose lawn issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

High school diploma or GED is required. No prior experience is necessary; training provided and applicator licenses may be required by state. This is a full-time, in-person role with a salary range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Licensure for applicator licenses as applicable by state.
• Training provided for lawn care chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply fertilizers, weed and pest control as per guidelines.
• Follow daily routes and complete services on time.
• Assess lawn conditions to determine treatments.
• Operate and maintain sprayers and spreaders with proper calibration.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions.
• Educate customers on post-treatment lawn care and maintenance.
• Document concerns and communicate with Service Manager.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Maintain licenses and records of treatments.
