Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commercial Pesticide License or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed applicators with application of fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments (no pesticide license required; under supervision).
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, keeping them clean and functional.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage as directed.
• Report turf issues to lead applicator during inspections.
• Provide courteous, professional service on site.
• Support Lawn Care Supervisor with team tasks.
