• Aid in service calls and communications, and upsell services to new and existing customers.
• Help with daily vehicle checks and provide customers with product and service information.

Responsibilities

Technicians in Training will assist the Senior Lawn Care Technicians in servicing residential customers by making timely lawn applications, diagnosing customer problems, and correcting those problems. They also aid in service calls, other communications, and selling/up‑selling services to new and existing customers. Lawn Care Technicians in Training will help with winding up hoses and providing customers with product and service information, as well as resolving any technical issues. Techs in Training also assist in daily vehicle inspection reports, cancel/skip notices, and other daily responsibilities. Some positions may require a valid driver's license and/ or appropriate state/ local licensing.

As a Lawn Care Technician in Training, you have the opportunity to eventually be promoted to Senior Lawn Care Technician when you are ready to take on the responsibilities yourself.
