Lawn Doctor of Dover/Middletown & Sussex County is seeking a Full-Time Lawn Care Technician to join our Greenwood, DE team. You will perform quality exterior lawn care applications and support customers with lawn services across fertilization, weed control, aeration, and pest control.

Qualifications

• Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to meet production goals.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality exterior lawn care applications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
• Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
