Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking Lawn Care Technicians in Westford, MA. No experience is required; we provide paid training and the education you need to succeed in this role.

Full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pay ranges from $19–$20 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months and 100% employer-paid medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record expected.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
• Ability to meet daily production goals.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize and aerate lawns
• Apply regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, trees, and shrubs
• Prepare and seed lawns
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
• Maintain appearance and condition of assigned equipment and vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers and the public
• Maintain proper communication with the office throughout the day
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability
• Perform shop and equipment maintenance as needed
• Educate customers about lawn care services and offer additional services when appropriate
• No mowing!
