Job summary

Lawn Doctor is hiring Lawn Care Technicians to provide professional lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. This is an entry-level role with training, outdoor independence, and daily results you can see.

You’ll be responsible for applying lawn treatments, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service, with opportunities for advancement in a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments
• Operate lawn care equipment and company vehicles
• Service assigned routes efficiently and safely
• Communicate with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate service records
