Native Pest Management is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to manage your own route and deliver high-quality treatments for homes and businesses in Florida. You’ll work independently, meet customers, diagnose issues, and apply treatments to promote healthy, green lawns.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, problem solving, and building relationships through excellent service and lawn care education. Training and licensure are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as Lawn Care Technician or in a pest control role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work full-time and lift 50 lbs; outdoors in various weather.

In this role, you will manage your own route, providing high-quality treatments to residential and commercial properties. You’ll work independently throughout the day, meeting with customers, diagnosing issues, and applying treatments to help them achieve a healthy, green lawn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and building relationships with customers through great service and lawn care education.

Requirements:

• You must possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum relevant experience as a Lawn Care Technician at a pest control company or similar role is required for this position.
• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work a full time schedule
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math skills
• You must successfully pass all pre-employment screening that includes reviewing criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications.
• Physical Requirements: This role requires pulling a 400ft spray hose, loading and unloading equipment and chemicals in excess of 50lbs to and from trucks and storage areas, and working primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions.
