Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a customer-facing brand ambassador, you will treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and introduce new services to customers and prospects in the field.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work and varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check

We offer competitive pay, ranging from $13.00 to $15.50 per hour based on a 40-hour week, along with commissions and benefits. Sales commissions of 10% are awarded one week after the first service.
