Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors who treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer new services to customers and prospects in the field.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
• Good attendance record
• Experience in lawn care industry (highly desirable)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Pass drug test and background check

We offer a competitive salary, commissions, and benefits, ranging from $13.00 to $15.50 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. Sales commissions of 10% are awarded one week after the first service.
