Job summary

Tailor Made Lawns, a local, family-owned Lawn Care and Pest Control Company, is seeking experienced service technicians to join our growing team in North Carolina. We value expertise, dedication, and long-term relationships with both our team and clients.

You will inspect properties, safely apply products, educate customers, and pursue sales opportunities while maintaining service records. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and be willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Pass drug and background screening.
• Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not required; willing and excited to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs inspections of property.

Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials

Educates customers on services provided.

Makes recommendations for care and maintenance.

Maintains accurate treatment records.

Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.

Safely operates and maintains service vehicle, equipment and materials.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have valid Driver's License

Must be able to pass drug and background screening.

Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not required - but you must be willing and excited about learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000-40,000 per year
