Job summary

Lawn Doctor in Illinois offers year-round lawn care employment with independent routes after training. You will apply fertilizers, weed and pest control products, rehab lawns, and service ornamental trees and shrubs while utilizing ride-on equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, independence, and strong customer service on a Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturdays. We provide ongoing training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to work through the off-season if desired.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• A clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawns and landscape beds.
• Rehab lawns and maintain customer properties.
• Apply fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs.
• Operate ride-on equipment and spray rigs with PPE provided to ensure safety and productivity.
• Provide outstanding customer service while working on your own route, primarily Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays.

The Job

• Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawn and landscape beds.
• Rehabbing lawns.
• Applying fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers’ homes.
• We help you to be as productive, safe, and as easy as possible with ride‑on equipment, spray rigs with powered hose reels and all PPE provided.
• Working outside most days, independently, on your own route.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Monday through Friday schedule and optional Saturdays.
• Training provided throughout the season.
