Job summary

Tailor Made Lawns, a local, family-owned Lawn Care and Pest Control Company for more than 25 years, is looking for passionate and seasoned service technicians to join our thriving team, where your skills will be celebrated, and your growth fostered. We are expanding with a new office in Monroe, NC and believe in building long-term, “family” relationships with our team-members and our clients.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Day shift, Monday–Friday) with bonus and commission pay, plus

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not required - must be willing and excited about learning.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of property.
• Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials
• Educates customers on services provided.
• Makes recommendations for care and maintenance.
• Maintains accurate treatment records.
• Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.
• Safely operates and maintains service vehicle, equipment and materials.
