Green T in Aurora, IL is hiring an Application Technician to provide high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties, using hand and powered equipment to apply treatments safely and professionally.

The role also includes educating customers on lawn care, upselling services when appropriate, and thriving in a dynamic outdoor setting with strong growth opportunities. Paid training starts on day one with modern trucks and top-notch equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement).
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on site

Pay & Schedule

• $19-$20 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
