Lawn Doctor of Madison-Decatur is seeking dependable Lawn Care Technicians to perform professional lawn care services outdoors. You will work largely independently, communicate with customers, and help grow the business with new service offerings.

Candidates should be reliable, capable of lifting, and comfortable operating equipment; no prior mowing or landscaping experience is required. Training and safety are emphasized across franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate lawn care machinery and equipment.
• Ability to meet production goals and work efficiently.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize and treat lawns as needed using our equipment.
• Communicate directly with customers about services.
• Perform shop work related to lawn care tasks.
• Offer new services to customers to grow the account.

Daily Tasks Include

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, has a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record.
