Job summary

Lawn Doctor of Northeastern Illinois & Southeastern Wisconsin is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to service residential properties, applying fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding. You’ll run a daily route, complete scheduled applications, and work outdoors in all weather.

This is a full-time seasonal position with hands-on training, competitive hourly pay, weekly bonuses and commissions on upsells, overtime during peak season, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding services.
• Run a daily route and complete scheduled applications.
• Work outdoors on residential properties in all weather.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Use a mobile app to document services.
• Spot lawn issues and recommend solutions.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized.

Schedule
