Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This role covers mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. You will work outdoors in all weather on public and high-traffic sites, with 4/10 or standard Mon-Fri shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Landscaping experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
