LANDGRAPHICS Landscape & Arborcare Management in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and general clean-up.

No experience required; training will be provided. You will work outdoors on commercial properties with a safety-focused team.

We are seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required training will be provided.

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing


• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites


• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely


• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up


• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor


• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications

• Reliable transportation


• Landscaping experience helpful but not required


• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required


• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions


• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful


• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends

Work Environment
