Ground Crew LLC is seeking a Lawn Care & Fertilization Technician in Jonesboro, AR. You will apply weed control and fertilization treatments to lawns and shrubs while delivering excellent customer service. Opportunities exist to cross-train in other landscaping services.

This is a full-time, year-round position with training, support, and advancement opportunities, including weekly pay, overtime, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good physical health; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads and apps).
• Willing to pass state-issued test (materials provided).

Responsibilities

• Apply weed control and fertilization treatments safely and effectively.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.

We provide year-round services including weed control, fertilization, mowing, irrigation, landscaping, snow removal, and Christmas décor. We're seeking a Lawn Care & Fertilization Technician to join our team. This role focuses on applying weed control and fertilization treatments to lawns and shrubs while providing excellent customer service. You'll also have opportunities to cross-train in other departments, giving you a wide range of landscaping and property care skills.

This is a full-time, year-round position with training, support, and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply weed control and fertilization treatments safely and effectively

• Drive company vehicles responsibly to and from job sites

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

• Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on the project

• Maintain professionalism and customer service standards with every client

• Assist in other service lines including mowing, mulch, irrigation, snow removal, landscaping, and Christmas décor

• Use company-provided iPad and apps to manage digital work orders

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance history

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Good physical health; able to walk/stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to pass a state-issued test (study materials and quizzes provided by company)

• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and apps

Schedule & Work Environment
