Job summary

Dohner Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company focused on quality workmanship and dependable service in Northeast Ohio. This role supports fertilization and lawn care while maintaining customer relationships and adhering to ODA regulations.

Throughout the year, you will also assist with snow removal, providing year-round employment and hands-on learning opportunities in a growing seasonal business.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in lawn application or fertilization.
• Valid Ohio Applicator's License and insurable driving record.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides according to scheduled programs.
• Perform weed control, shrub care, aeration, and related services.
• Follow Ohio Department of Agriculture regulations in all applications.
• Inspect properties and perform follow-up visits as needed.
• Assist with lawn evaluations and client estimates.
• Educate customers on proper lawn and landscape care.
• Provide professional, responsive service during each visit.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
• Follow company safety policies; assist with winter snow removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
