WeMow Indy is looking for a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. Part-Time to Full-Time Lawn Care Technician (W-2 Employee) Pay:

• $15–$35 per hour (Performance-Based)
• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Work Schedule Monday–Friday, ~9:00 AM to ~5:00 PM (weather dependent)
• Weekends off unless weather forces schedule changes

What We're Looking For:

• We’re hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.

This is a W-2 position with performance-based pay, meaning the more efficient and high-quality your work, the more you can earn—$15 to $35 per hour We encourage applications from two-person teams (such as spouses, siblings, or housemates) who are able to work together reliably using one shared setup. Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a mower and a reliable way to transport it to and from job sites.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, consistent cuts
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
• Flexibility with scheduling — we do not operate in poor weather conditions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various temperatures
