Job summary

SavATree LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Aeration Specialist to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, ensuring landscapes are healthy, visually appealing, and environmentally sustainable while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll perform aeration, fertilization, and pest control; maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and beds; operate landscape equipment safely; communicate with clients and team; and follow safety protocols to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf care
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience is preferred
• Horticulture/Arboriculture Trade Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn aeration, fertilization, and pest control services
• Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds
• Remove debris and keep work areas clean and safe
• Operate landscape hand tools and equipment, including larger machinery
• Communicate with clients and coworkers to ensure project needs are met
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operation standards
