Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on lawn care or landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf care.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn aeration, fertilization, and pest control services.
• Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds.
• Remove debris and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Operate hand tools, small and large equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
• Communicate with clients and coworkers to meet project needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operation standards.
