Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Aeration Specialist to diagnose and treat lawn diseases and pest infestations on client properties. You will work independently in the field, selecting appropriate products and applying blends to improve lawn health.

You’ll communicate with clients, own your territory, and collaborate with a team focused on quality and safety. The role offers training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company across locations.

Qualifications

• Seeking growth-minded candidate with problem solving and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to operate various equipment and perform heavy lifting in varied weather.
• Degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on lawn care maintenance and turf application experience.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator License or ability to obtain one.
