Job summary

Senske Services seeks a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration equipment and seed lawns on customer sites. You will handle manual labor, landscaping, and site maintenance while traveling routes in company-provided vehicles. Excellent customer communication is expected.

The role offers growth potential within service, sales, or management as you gain experience in outdoor work and safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• 21 years old or older to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration equipment, spreader and seeder to aerate and seed customers’ lawns.
• Perform manual labor and landscaping tasks; site maintenance on job sites.

The Lawn Aeration Technician position will use machinery to perform aerations and seeding of customers' lawns. They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, operating an aerator/spreader/seeder, and general support of operations on location at our worksites. Technicians travel on assigned customer routes throughout the local area in company-provided vehicles to our various job sites. Our Aeration Techs display strong communication skills when providing customers with product / service information when working with our customers onsite.

This position involves heavy lifting of up to 75lbs.
Wage Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
