Job summary

Senske Family of Companies is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration and seeding equipment on customer lawns. You will travel to client sites in company vehicles and provide information about our services while performing manual labor tasks and site maintenance.

We train new hires and offer growth opportunities in service, sales, or management. A strong safety mindset and excellent communication are essential in this outdoor, dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• At least 21 years old to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration equipment and spreader/seeder.

Job description

The Lawn Aeration Technician position will use machinery to perform aerations and seeding of customers' lawns. They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, operating an aerator/spreader/seeder, and general support of operations on location at our worksites. Technicians travel on assigned customer routes throughout the local area in company-provided vehicles to our various job sites. Our Aeration Techs display strong communication skills when providing customers with product / service information when working with our customers onsite.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
