Socket.dev is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration equipment and seed customer lawns at local worksites, emphasizing safe, high-quality service. You will travel assigned routes, perform manual labor, and communicate with customers onsite while growing within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver�s license and clean driving history.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• 21 years old or older (to drive company vehicle).
• Commitment to safety.

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration equipment, spreader and seeder on customer sites.
• Perform lawn aerations, seeding, and routine site maintenance.
• Provide product/service information to customers onsite.
• Travel local routes in company vehicles.
• Support operations at worksites as needed.
