Job summary

Deans Services is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to operate aeration, spreader, and seeder equipment on customer lawns. You will perform landscape tasks, travel routes in company vehicles, and support on-site operations while communicating product information to clients.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in service, sales, or management. Starting hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and history of safe driving.
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Committed to safety and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Operate aeration, seeder, and spreader machinery to aerate and seed customers' lawns.
• Perform manual labor, landscaping, and site maintenance at job sites.
• Travel on assigned customer routes in company vehicles to multiple worksites.
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers onsite.
