Job summary
Senske Services is seeking a Lawn Aeration Technician to perform lawn aerations and seeding using specialized machinery on customer sites. You will do manual labor, site maintenance, and operate an aerator, spreader, and seeder while traveling to multiple job sites in company vehicles.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test (THC excluded).
- 21 years old or older to drive company vehicle.
- Committed to safety and customer service.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn aerations and seeding using aerator/spreader/seeder on customer sites.
- Manual labor and site maintenance at worksites.
- Travel on assigned routes in company vehicles to various job sites.
- Provide product/service information to customers onsite.
- Support operations and adapt to daily challenges with a growth mindset.
