Job summary

Mayer Brown LLP in Charlotte seeks a Manager: Student Recruitment to lead the full lifecycle recruitment for entry-level associates, summer associates, judicial law clerks, and transactional fellows across Charlotte and DC.

You will collaborate with firm leadership, hiring partners, and cross-functional teams to design best-in-class student recruitment programs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in law firm recruiting or 5 years in professional services recruiting.
• Deep knowledge of the law firm student recruiting process and cycle.
• Experience managing summer associate programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for entry-level associates, summer associates, judicial law clerks, and transactional fellows.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop innovative hiring strategies and programs.
• Engage with law schools and student organizations; manage on-campus events and interviews.
• Design and manage summer programs; oversee onboarding, mentoring, and offers.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer brand; report analytics and budgets.
