Job summary

Onward Search partners with a well-established international law firm to recruit a temporary Law Student Recruiting Coordinator for the Dallas and Houston offices during the summer associate season.

The on-site role supports the law student recruiting team for 27 to 52 weeks in Houston or Dallas, coordinating interviews, onboarding, events, and documentation while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one year of experience in a law firm or client service role preferred.
• Legal recruiting experience and applicant tracking system familiarity are advantageous.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours during busy recruiting periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of law student and entry-level recruiting processes for the Dallas and Houston offices.
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including feedback collection and candidate documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding of new associates and attorneys, ensuring smooth orientation and integration.
• Coordinate interview programs, law school engagement events, and sponsorship activities.
• Manage interview logistics, scheduling, and supporting documentation to ensure seamless execution.
