Job summary

Gibson Dunn in Washington, D.C. seeks a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator to lead entry-level hiring and on-campus marketing efforts.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Law Student Recruiting, and support the Chief Recruiting Officer as needed. The role covers U.S.-wide screening logistics, law school engagement, event planning, and training support, with a focus on a positive candidate experience and compliant data management.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ prior legal recruiting or marketing (including event planning) experience.
• Ability to organize and implement detailed, complex projects while balancing a wide variety of duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other programs.
• Familiarity with ViRecruit, ChromeRiver, and iManage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• U.S.-Wide Screening Interview Logistics & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews across offices; coordinate with attorneys for feedback; funnel vetted candidates to local offices; support pre/post-offer events.
