• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to collaborate with diverse groups.

• Provide counseling services to current students and alumni as part of the OCS Team.
• Counsel a portfolio of students and recent graduates from first year through post‑graduation.
• Review resumes and supporting materials with students.
• Enter counseling notes and track progress in an online career database.
• Develop and implement semester programming to build students’ job‑seeking skills.
• Assist with employer outreach and on‑campus recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate mock interview programs and career presentations.
• Represent OCS at events and maintain relationships with law schools and employers.
• Collaborate with other departments and offices to support events and resources.
