Job summary

Winston Taylor is seeking a Practice Operations Manager (POM) to support daily operational and financial performance across practice groups. You will liaise between attorneys and administrative teams, helping to execute business plans and advance strategic priorities at the practice level.

The role focuses on financial monitoring, process improvements, and coordinating with leadership to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; finance or accounting background preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in law firm operations or professional services operations.
• Strong analytical, information-gathering, and problem-solving skills; project management is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and well-developed oral presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and KPIs for practice groups and budgets.
• Collaborate with Directors of Practice Operations and Pricing Team on profitability and efficiency.
• Support transition and integration of lateral partners and groups; assist in candidate materials.
• Drive innovation and technology adoption to improve practice operations and workflows.
