The Fairbanks Law Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of both the Fairbanks and Utqiagvik District Attorney's Offices. This role includes providing leadership and direction to administrative support staff, executing administrative duties such as managing financial documents, handling human resource tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office equipment, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure efficient task completion.

In this role, you will become a member of the management team that facilitates prosecutors' work in ensuring accountability for criminal offenses. This position offers both engaging and challenging responsibilities, including oversight of administrative support functions for one of the state's largest district attorney's offices. Many positions require incumbents to be able to obtain and maintain a limited government Notary and to be able to pass a criminal background check to meet security requirements for using criminal record networks such as APSIN and NCIC/NLETS. BACKGROUND CHECK
The Alaska Public Safety Information Network (APSIN) is utilized in this position. A background check and fingerprinting will be required.
The incumbent will be required to obtain APSIN access, which will be done through the office.
