Job summary

Gunster is seeking a full-time Help Desk & Training Manager in its West Palm Beach office. The role oversees the help desk operations and the technology training function, ensuring timely, high-quality support while developing training initiatives to boost technology proficiency firm-wide.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support/training with 3+ years in a supervisory role, plus familiarity with legal tech platforms and LMS tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
5+ years of IT support and/or training experience.
3+ years in supervision or management.
Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
Proficiency with legal tech platforms and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Oversee help desk operations, ticketing workflows, escalation procedures.
Lead technology training programs and onboarding for new hires.
Develop and maintain training materials for software rollouts and quick references.
Coordinate support for courtroom, conferencing, and remote/hybrid work needs.
Ensure reliable access to firm systems and VPN for remote users.
