Job summary

Gunster seeks a full-time Corporate Technology Trainer to join our team. This position may be based in any of our South Florida offices, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience delivering technology training in a professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver hands-on training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and staff on firm technology systems and software applications.
• Create user-friendly training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Stay up to date on technology trends and software updates to ensure training remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other administrative teams to plan and coordinate training initiatives.
• Travel regularly to all Gunster offices to deliver in-person training and support.
