Job summary

Gunster, one of Florida's oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is seeking a Corporate Technology Trainer to join our team. This role will develop and deliver comprehensive training on computer systems, software applications, and technology tools used throughout the firm, ensuring staff have the knowledge to leverage technology daily.

You will travel regularly to Gunster offices in South Florida to deliver in-person sessions, create user-friendly materials, and support onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/education or related field.
• Experience delivering technology training in a professional setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex tech to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver hands-on training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Create training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Stay current with technology trends and updates.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and admin teams to coordinate training.
• Travel regularly to Gunster offices to train in person.

The Corporate Technology Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training on computer systems, software applications, and technology tools used throughout the firm. This individual will serve as a resource for staff at all levels, ensuring team members have the knowledge and confidence to leverage technology in their daily work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on firm technology systems and software applications.
• Create user-friendly training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Stay up to date on technology trends and software updates to ensure training remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other administrative teams to plan and coordinate training initiatives.
• Travel regularly to all Gunster offices to deliver in-person training and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology training in a professional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
