Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a strategic Talent Development Specialist in a fast-paced professional services environment. The role focuses on creating, developing, and implementing associate initiatives in coordination with the Director of Diversity & Talent Development.

You will design and execute programs, advise leadership, and support the summer associate program while guiding junior talent. Strong communication and discretion are essential to enhance morale and retention.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, financial institution or similarly fast-paced professional services environment preferred.
• Experience working with senior leaders/partners is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a wide range of lawyers and staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Flexible and growth mindset; open to evolving responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute programs and events for associates in consultation with the Director and Associate Development team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating progress and feedback to Director and Firm leadership.
• Collaborate with teams in the LTO for firm-wide programs and trainings.
• Help guide junior associates with integration into the Firm.
• Support the summer associate recruitment process and coordinate summer program activities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments on multiple projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities within other areas of the LTO.
