Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in Legal Sales.
• Established relationships with PI firms in the Los Angeles area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan their day/week in advance, including meetings with new law firms and follow-up calls/emails.
• Remain engaged with Active and Prospective accounts.
• Utilize oversight over leads to ensure effective handling.
• Attend all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars.
• Acquire an abundance of leads and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Prospect and meet firms daily in-person.
• Consistently beat expectations and goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed financial goals.
• Stay updated on industry and competitive landscape.
