Professional Development Consortium (PDC) is seeking a results-driven Professional Development Manager to oversee a broad portfolio of programs and initiatives for attorneys. The role includes leading the firm’s non-partner lawyer evaluation process and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align development with strategic goals.

The PDM will design curricula, run milestone events, and coordinate with Talent Management, Marketing, and other teams to drive retention and progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five or more years of professional development experience at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage professional development programs and curricula.
• Lead and coordinate firm-wide training initiatives and events.
• Support performance evaluations and individualized development plans.
