• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CRM and CMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate awards, rankings, and recognition submissions with deadlines and materials.
• Draft, edit, format, and maintain website and digital content including bios, news, and announcements.
• Support client-facing materials, pitches, and matter-specific collateral.
• Organize content across digital, internal and client channels; track analytics and campaigns.
• Plan and execute firm-hosted events; manage timelines, RSVPs, and follow-up materials.
