Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the department, including oversite of new hire training and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead a team to develop and deliver training.
• Evaluate potential resources and load balancing to maximize value from a small team.
• Coordinate training team coverage to support onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and administer the Introduction to Technology curriculum for new hires.
